Refund and Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We will refund or exchange items under the following conditions -

  • if the item is faulty or damaged or we sent you the incorrect item
  • items need to be their original condition and original packaging

  • after 7 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • please do not return items before contacting us to confirm of your refund / exchange.
